Acceptance of NFCAO By-Laws & Code of Conduct *

Yes, I have read the Bylaws & accept the NFCAO Code of Conduct (links above) and understand that these documents will be updated as necessary by the Board and it's my responsibility to be aware and abide by these documents at all times.

Contact Permission (agreements below): We would love to be able to share some of your personal information with other NOSCA members so that everyone has the opportunity to communicate freely with each other. There are members that would like the ability to reach out to you in times of need, sorrow and celebration. In addition, the support services coordinator, membership director, decade representatives and committee chairs need to have access to your information so that they can contact you about important information, member updates and upcoming events. Merchandise coordinators will also need access to your mailing address so that they can send you included and purchased merchandise. It is NOSCA policy that we do not use members personal information as a data base for solicitation. It is also our policy that we, as members, do not share membership personal information with others outside of our group. We will always treat your personal details with the utmost care and will never sell them to other companies or groups for marketing purposes.
